Welcome to the St. George School SCRIP Program page.

This program provides much needed financial support to our school. Many thanks to all the families and vendors that participate. Without you this program would not be the success it is!

What Is It?

SCRIP is a fundraising program for St. George School and the families of St. George School.

How it Works:

Schools purchase gift cards, or "scrip", from popular retailers at a discount, which the retailers are happy to give because they're guaranteeing themselves customers and some goodwill advertising. Parents then buy the gift certificates from the school at face value and the difference in price is kept by the school.

St. George splits the profits earned through SCRIP with the families by applying it to their Special Donation.

We have gift cards to local gas stations, popular retail stores like Bath and Body Works, and restaurants and stores around town. If you are shopping at these stores anyway, you might as well grab a gift card and give back to the school when you shop!

You could also give these gift cards as gifts for your friends and family! Every little bit helps... so get out there and buy your SCRIP!

How to Buy It?

In Person:

At the Parish Office:
Monday - Friday 8am to 3pm

In the Church Basement/Cafeteria:
Fridays during the school year between 7am-8am

Fish Fry Fridays:
3pm -6:30pm Church Basement/Cafeteria

Saturday/Sunday After all Masses:
(When seller is available)

Online:

You now have the option of ordering online. Please contact the school office (573) 486-5914 or scrip@sgs-hermann.com to set up an account.

Once the online account has been created, you will have the choice of payment options.
